Report a Claim
The fastest, simplest way to report a claim is to contact the company directly. In many instances, the companies require you to contact them directly to process a claim. Most companies offer a toll-free number and many are open 24 hours a day. If you should have any difficulties, feel free to call our local office for assistance.
The information you should have available before contacting the company is as follows: policy number, police report, other parties’ insurance information if applicable.
After reporting your claim, you should expect to hear from an adjuster within 48 hours. If you are not contacted in a timely manner, or you experience any problems during your claim process, please don’t hesitate to call us for assistance.
