Keith E. Castleberry, is a Managing Director and Secretary of The Securance Insurance Group, a full service insurance agency. He was named to this position in 2004.
Castleberry was President of Maxwell, Haley & Castleberry until the merger with the Securance Insurance Group. Since 1995, he has served as the National Director for the Professional Insurance Agents, representing the State of Alabama. In this capacity, Castleberry serves on several sub-committees: Governmental Regulatory Committee, Affiliate Committee and Business Issues Committee. He also serves as a Board Member for the Alabama Automobile Insurance Plan and is a member of the Technical Committee for this Board. The Professional Insurance Agent Association has named him Agent of the Year in 1993, 1994 and 2000.
Outside of his professional duties, Castleberry is Chairman of the Missions Committee for First United Methodist Church, and a Board Member for the Atmore Christian Care Ministries and for the Government Affairs for the Tri-County Industrial Development Project. He is Past President of the Atmore Rotary Club and the Chamber of Commerce, as well as in the first Leadership Class in Atmore. Castleberry was the Chairman of the Chamber Leadership Steering Committee for four years and of Ducks Unlimited from1988 to 1991. He has also served as City Councilman for the City of Atmore.
Castleberry earned a BBA in marketing from the University of Montevallo.
